How to learn speaking and writing like native Englishwoman?
Well English is not my native language. Also I'm not bi-lingual person. But I want to work as English translator. I like this language and my problem is that I use simple English language from the English learning book. I don't know the English most often used sentences or jargon. How can I improve my English to speak like native Englishwoman? I confuse when people read my writings and tell me, that I'm not speaking English fluently, because of my phrases. I don't talk about grammar at all.

How do I seperate myself from characters in writting?
I've noticed other writters do this, and have unfourtunately caught myself doing the same. Sometimes when writting (more often when using first person) writters forget their characters and end up placing themselves in the situation, so they want to justify the characters' each action as not to make themselves seem like the "bad guy". Does anyone have any ideas on how I can keep the story consistent, and not place myself in the situation as opposed to the character? I know this was kind of vague, but, hah, I can't reword it much better than that.

What ever happened to proper punctuation and grammar?
I am not saying that I am always perfect, but do people realize that when thy type lke dis thy sound stoopid? Why aren't schools teaching their students to use commas and proper grammar? I am irritated at this generation's lack of intelligence.
